Stride to Wellness offers both equine-assisted counselling sessions (group, couples, and individual) and team building programs (groups, couples, families, sports teams, special needs, corporate teams, and more). We pride ourselves in fostering an empowering and safe environment to anyone that comes to the farm. Stride To Wellness offers services on a beautiful farm in Innisfil and can also travel to your farm.
